In the morning, departure from Sofia for Melik (direction: the Greek border). Arrival and city tour. Possibility of the unique Melnik wines testing. Time at leisure (lunch/excellent wines from local producers to buy). In the afternoon, an excursion to the nearest Monastery of Rojen, dating to the 13th century, passing through the Melnik Sand Pyramids (a unique natural phenomenon). Visit the 4th-largest and most important Monastery in Bulgaria. Return to Sofia in the evening.
