This fully private, all-inclusive 7-day expedition takes you across the most extraordinary landscapes, ancient cities, and hidden corners of Georgia — from the emerald canyons of the west to the legendary vineyards of Kakheti and the dramatic peaks of the Great Caucasus mountains.

Day 1 begins with your arrival and an immediate introduction to West Georgia's natural wonders — Martvili Canyon and Kaghu Waterfall. Day 2 takes you deeper into the region's heritage, with visits to Bagrati Cathedral, a traditional Churchkhela masterclass, the otherworldly Okatse Canyon, and the famous Prometheus Cave.
On Day 3 we head south to the cave city of Vardzia — a 12th-century monastery carved directly into a volcanic cliff by Queen Tamar — alongside the impressive Rabati Castle. Day 4 follows the ancient paths of central Georgia, visiting the rock-hewn town of Uplistsikhe and the first capital of the country, Mtskheta.
Day 5 is dedicated entirely to Georgia's 8,000-year wine culture. We drive to Sighnaghi — the City of Love — for visits to a wine factory, a traditional bread baking masterclass, the Wine Museum, and the sacred Bodbe Monastery.
Day 6 is the crown of the journey — a full day in the Great Caucasus mountains, travelling the Georgian Military Highway past Zhinvali Reservoir and Ananuri Fortress to the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church above Kazbegi, with the peaks of the Caucasus rising behind it.
On the final day we return to Tbilisi for a visit to the Chronicles of Georgia monument, a private wine tasting, and a leisurely walk through the ancient Old Town before your departure.
