Our trip to Alexandria was nothing short of unforgettable. Exploring this beautiful coastal city with Mahmoud Khattap made every moment special — from the sea breeze on the Corniche to the rich layers of history at every corner.

Of course, we couldn’t leave without sampling some local seafood — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Mahmoud knew just the right places!

Visiting the Pyramids of Giza is one of those rare experiences that truly lives up to its legendary reputation. Standing before these ancient wonders, you can’t help but feel a sense of awe — it’s like stepping back thousands of years into history.

The first sight of the Great Pyramid, with the desert sun glinting off its massive limestone blocks, is unforgettable. Photos and documentaries don’t capture just how immense and perfectly aligned these structures are. Even more astonishing is realizing that they were built over 4,500 years ago, without the technology we take for granted today.

Walking around the plateau, you can explore the smaller pyramids, the tombs of nobles, and, of course, the iconic Sphinx guarding the complex. For a bit of adventure, it’s worth going inside one of the pyramids — the narrow tunnels and steep passages make it a thrilling experience, and the burial chambers are fascinatingly preserved.
