2 Days Private Tour Fes to Sahara Desert

We meet you at your the riad, and we depart our 2 days tour towards our first destination, “Ifrane”, also known as “Switzerland of Morocco”.  passing through Atlas mountains which contains the largest forests of cedar trees, that is inhabited by monkeys. After a quiet stay. we will resume towards the Tizi N-Talghamt pass to Midelt passing by the spectacular Ziz gorges. We will head out to the magnificent Merzouga via Erfoud, passing by the spectacular Ziz gorges, and Errachidia Where you are going to eat a traditional lunch.

Next we will continue towards Merzouga along Ziz Valley, and stopping for what we like to call it ” a worth stop” for the panoramic views along the way.

When arrived to Merzouga,  you will be welcomed by camels, that  will take you through the magnificent world of the sandy dunes of Erg Echebbi. In a memorable experience on the top of the camels you will admire the spectacular sunset , and stop in a high sand dunes to take incredible pictures in the middle of the desert .

Eventually, the camel man will take you to our traditional well equipped camp, where you will enjoy a traditional dinner, while listening to some berber music show, in a friendly mood under the stars.

2ND DAY: FROM MERZOUGA-RISSANI-ERRACHIDIA-TIZI-NTALGHAMT-IFRANE TO FES:

The second day begins as follows. We enjoy a magnificent sunrise on the dunes. Take a shower and have the breakfast in the camp before, trekking camel back to the village. We departure to Fez. The trip is via the Ziz valley and the Middle Atlas Mountains. We visit Errissani city, and Errachidia, pass by the windy road of Tizi-N-Talghamt, then to Midelt the capital of apple, where we will have our lunch. We drive through the forests of Azrou, and optionally stop to handfeed the monkeys. We go back where we came at first via Ifrane, then to Fes.
