You will be picked up at your hotel at 8.00 am or your chosen time and transferred to My Tho city by our friendly English speaking guide and driver. On the way to My Tho, you will stop to visit the oldest Buddhist temple (1848) in town to admire the combination of great mixed architectures of India, France, Japan, Cambodia, China and Vietnam in one. Then you will continue your journey to My Tho boat station and get boarding your private boat for a relaxing and lively cruise.

During the 3 hour cruise you will hop on – hop off to visit some local industries like bee honey farm, coconut candy workshop to witness how the locals make a living from coconut fruits.

You will also immerse yourself into the village life by getting on a so called Vietnamese TUKTUK run by electricity around the village, eating fruits at someone’s home while enjoying traditional music and sitting on a little sampan to get along the small canal. By this way, you will understand and feel more deeply about the Mekong delta life.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant on an island with all delicacies of Vietnamese cuisines.

Get back to your car at around 3.00 pm after lunch and head back to the hotel.

Arrive at the hotel at 4.30pm - 5.00 pm and tour ends.

Get on the boat, stop at Thoi Son 3 homestay to enjoy tropical fruits while listening to Don Ca Tai Tu music performed by local singers.

Take a pleasant walk to Vuon Lan home to taste honey with jasmine tea and learn how the locals produce honey.

Get back to boat, cruise 30 minutes to Rach Xep (tranquil small canal like in the picture above) to enjoy a 20 minutes sampan row. Get a great experience to move on waterways of local people in the past and take good photos of yourself.

Get off sampan and take a - 10-minute walk to use Vietnamese Tuktuk around the local village to reach a coconut candy factory.

Go for lunch next doors.

After lunch get back to boat and cruise 30 minutes back to the boat station, get back to car and drive back to the hotel.
