The first point of our unusual excursion will be an unforgettable and entertaining master class of preparing the traditional Armenian dish Dolma. With a professional chef and guide, you will yourself prepare the most famous and main Armenian dish, learn many interesting details about the preparation process, which will leave you with the most wonderful memories of Armenia and its culture. After completing the master class, while your dish is being prepared (at the end which you can take with you), you will have a tour in a beautiful factory of carpets, where you will be told about the history of the founding of the factory, its production and much other interesting information.

The 23 meters high Church of St. Sarkis is one of the most ancient churches in Yerevan, built in 1842. Saint Sarkis is considered as the symbol of lovers in Armenia, he was a warrior, commander and the monk in Byzantine Empire times, who built many churches, where with the permission of the emperor (who greatly appreciated him), held many weddings. He with his son fell in one of the ancient battles for the Christianity, after which he was canonized as a Saint. Since 2007, at the beginning of February, Armenia celebrating its own Valentine's Day, St. Sarkis Day, and according to tradition, unmarried girls eat salty cakes at night and don't drink water, in order to see their future husbands in a dream.

The next stop of our wonderful program will be the Hrazdan Gorge of Yerevan, where goes the Hrazdan River. The river is one of the big rivers of Armenia, which flows from the Lake Sevan and divides Yerevan into two parts. At the bottom of the gorge we will see a training ground of athletes and lovers of a wellness lifestyle, the famous abandoned children's railway and the famous Kiev Bridge, that constructed by an unique single-arched architecture.

Ostriches and Armenia, at first glance, are very different words from each other, but don’t rush, the last point of our unique excursion will be an interesting ostrich farm. Inside the farm you will have a wonderful walk among the ostriches, an unforgettable feeding process and of course an interesting excursion, where you will be told interesting facts and stories about the creation and production of the farm. At the end of the excursion, if you will wish, for an additional fee you can take a master class of making Lavash or Armenian bakery Gata, which will give you lots of unforgettable memories.
