Saloum Delta
Departure at 08 am to have enough time to visit a weekly bush market devided into 2 parts .The first one reserved to goats dheep donkeys horses and zebu oxen .
And then we are going to visit a sereer village in order to get in touch with local people so as to know about their ways and customs.
After we'll head to Ndangane Camp from which we'll enjoy a boat trip on the arms of the sea during which we'll explore the luxuriant mangrove forest ,sand banks,mangrove trees on which hang oysters ,and watch many birds on the Saloum national bird park.
Lunch on one of the beautiful islands .
On the way back ,we are going to get inside the hollow of ouour national emblem ,the baobab tree I mean ,to enter in communion with it which is said to be the biggest baobab tree in Senegal.
After transfer back to your hotel.
This day trip to the southern part of senegal ,85 km away from Saly Portudal is seen as the most interesting and typical one because it give you opportunities to discover 3 different landscapes I will say the treed Savannah,the palmgrove and finally the mangrove forest.
So get ready so as not to miss the boat.
