Most of herbs and Spices in Zanzibar were introduced by the Portuguese traders in 16
th Century. During the tour, you will smell and taste various tropical spices and fruit including cinnamon, gloves, vanilla, coconut, jackfruits, cardamom, orange and more! You will learn
various uses of herbs for foods and traditional
treatments.
It is possible to organize a cooking class (Lunch) at the farm, after the tour. (on request)
