The sea, the beaches, the cliffs, the caves, stunning views and panoramas of the city, the sea, the surrounding mountains and the islands!

Apart from the fascinating Roman emperor Diocletian's palace (from 305AD) that as a stunning shell protects its pearl - the medieval city and the life (!) in it, discover the wild nature just minutes from the city center.

So called "park-forest" Marjan, the hill at the end of the peninsula of Split is the refuge for the locals from the stress and obligations of their everyday life.

We go for a walk there, hike, jogging, bicycle ride, a cup of coffee, a drink or a snack, picking up of asparagus in spring time, a quick swim or a whole day on the beach where we eat watermelons, tomatoes, play cards, steal fruits from the local gardens, jump off the cliffs, discover the caves in the cliffs - leading from the beaches to the sea, find shelter in the shades of the Marjan pines and tamarix.

We all spend our childhood summers on the pebble and rocky beaches of Marjan.
