Program Summary

• Departure from Lisbon, crossing the 25th of April Bridge toward the Alentejo plains.

• First stop: Cortiçarte, a family-owned cork factory. Learn the full process of cork extraction and transformation, and explore its artisan products.

• Continue to Casa Relvas Vineyard for a tasting of 3 or 5 wines with local snacks. Visit the facilities and learn about sustainable winemaking under the Alentejo Wines Program (PSVA).

• Head to Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage city with over 6000 years of history. Visit the Roman Temple, Cathedral, and the striking Chapel of the Bones.

• Enjoy lunch at a regional restaurant serving authentic Alentejo cuisine.

• Conclude with a panoramic stop overlooking the countryside, surrounded by restored windmills.
