6-Day Tanzania Wildlife Safari and Zanzibar Getaway
On this 6-day Tanzania Wildlife Safari and Zanzibar Getaway, your adventure begins at Zanzibar Airport with a flight to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, followed by a 3-day Zanzibar vacation. You will experience some of Tanzania’s most iconic destinations. This tour covers Zanzibar and 3 other top destinations in Tanzania, offering an unforgettable combination of wildlife, culture, and relaxation.
DAY 1 : ZANZIBAR AIRPORT TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
On the first day, you will fly from Zanzibar Airport to Seronera Airstrip, arriving at around 11:00 a.m. You will be greeted by your safari guide, who will have a picnic lunch ready. After lunch, you will begin your first game drive, searching for the Serengeti’s big cats and other wildlife. In the evening, you will drive to Mbuni Tented Camp (or a similar lodge, depending on availability) for dinner and an overnight stay, ready to continue your unforgettable safari adventure the next day.
DAY 2: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK TO KARATU
You'll wake early for a sunrise game drive on the Serengeti, which offers you the best opportunity to see predators in action. You'll also have the chance to see a stunning Serengeti sunrise as the rising sun seems to set fire to the savannah. After a late breakfast, it's time to head to Ngorongoro. The drive is a game drive all of its own, and your driver will do his best to ensure you spot the Big Five, wildebeest migration, or whatever else your heart might desire along the way.
Maasai boma visit: Pay a visit to one of the famous Maasai bomas, where you'll have the opportunity to witness (and participate in) traditional Maasai dance, tour an authentic Maasai village, and even do a little souvenir shopping at the local market.

DAY 3: NGORONGORO CRATER TO ZANZIBAR
After breakfast, you'll depart for Ngorongoro Crater, considered by some to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. You will get your first glimpse of this vast, verdant caldera from the panoramic viewpoint.
The crater is home to a large number of predators, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as a large population of wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, Cape buffaloes, and more. You will have a picnic lunch by the park's famous hippo pool before returning to Arusha Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar.

DAY 4 : ZANZIBAR VACATION
After your safari, you will arrive in Zanzibar for the start of your island getaway. Spend the day relaxing on pristine white-sand beaches, swimming in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, or enjoying water activities, which are available at an additional cost.

DAY 5: ZANZIBAR VACATION
On this day, you will have the chance to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the ocean, with its turquoise waters and pristine beaches providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful day. If you would like to take part in additional activities such as kite surfing, sunbathing, visiting a local spice farm, or exploring the surrounding area, these can be arranged for you at an extra cost. This day is designed to give you a mix of relaxation and optional adventure, allowing you to enjoy Zanzibar at your own pace.

DAY 6: ZANZIBAR ISLAND TO ZANZIBAR AIRPORT
On our final day in Zanzibar, we will spend the morning soaking in the island’s beauty one last time. After a final, relaxing lunch overlooking the ocean, we check out of our hotel and begin our transfer to the airport.
Though sad to leave, we are filled with memories of stunning beaches, rich history, and unforgettable experiences. Zanzibar will always be in our hearts.
