We booked a 12 day tour of Morocco with Jamal Aznag and paid a €2,000 deposit.
Jamal Aznag advised the tour could be cancelled with a full refund up to 1 month prior to the tours commencement date.
We were forced to cancel the tour 3 months prior to the commencement date.
Jamal Aznag assured us that he would refund our €2,000 deposit as soon as possible.
Over more than 12 months emails from Jamal Aznag continually assured us that the deposit of €2,000 was ours and not his and that he would refund the deposit soon.
It became obvious that Jamal Aznag had spent our deposit, so we suggested he refund the €2,000 in small amounts at a time. But not one Euro has ever been refunded.
We have kept all the emails with Jamal Aznag as confirmation.
We have since discovered other people whose deposits were never refunded by Jamal Aznag .
There are probably many honest and good tour guides in Morocco, but Jamal Aznag is not one of them.

Il était attentif à nos besoins et a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions. il avait une passion évidente pour son travail et pour la région qu'il nous faisait découvrir.
