CULINARY MASTER CLASS ⠀

✔at Ukrainian house kitchen (in the center of Kyiv near the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra)

✔ with friendly hostess who will share the secrets of her grandmother: ⠀ ⠀

• You will learn the difference between GREEN BORSH and RED one and learn how to cook one of them ⠀

• See how the most delicious UKRAINIAN DRANIKS are born, and cook them yourself ⠀

• For dessert, we will teach you to create the thinnest PANCAKES or the most delicious sweet VARENIKI (your choice)

And of course, after cooking all of that we will complete our master class with a real Ukrainian dinner accompanied by fragrant national drinks: vodka, wine or liqueur.

FIRST CORSE - RED BORSCH

You will know:

✔WHAT do you need to add in your borsch, to make it so tasty that you it will be recognized with without a doubt.

✔HOW to cook it so fragrant that the whole family will run together for lunch without a call;

✔And what RITUAL should be carried out during cooking, so that love and prosperity always live in the house?

OR GREEN BORSCH

Green borscht is a colorful, native Ukrainian dish, where else would you find sorrel? My family never wrote his recipe. Moms were cooked like grandmothers, and they were like great-grandmothers, the main thing is taste and color: borsch with sorrel should be very green and sufficiently sour. Want to try?

MAIN CORSE - DRANIKI

There are several dishes that you MUST taste in Kyiv, and one of them is DERUNS.

If you want to take our Ukrainian recipe with you, first of all, you need to know a few secrets, for example:

-Young potato for pancakes is not suitable,

-Lipe peeled potatoes should be finely grated in turn with onions. Then the mixture will not darken.

Each hostess baked traditional Ukrainian pancakes with their own special secret: my grandmother used to make thin ones with milk, and her neighbor - thick with yeast.

In Kyiv you can visit the “Kiev Food & Wine Festival”, where you can see and taste Ukrainian wines from the manufacturers: Colonist, Kotnar, Chizay, Beykush, Trubetskoy Wines, and “Inkerman” and others. But during our master-class, we will also digitate a few different wine types..

135 euro for a group of 1-4 people.

What will be 34euro for one person.

We can make master-class for a smaller group, like 2 persons or even for one, but price will be the same – 134 euro.
