Don't forget to update your public profile with the languages you speak (choose the flag you need in the EDIT section) and use during your tours. Filter by language helps tourists find and select you as their tour guide. Upload Image Policy:

The image should be of good quality, and your face should be clear and focused. You must be alone in this picture; using other people's photos is criminal! Our service is designed to match tourists with private tour guides, so they need to see a clear image of their tour guide; they will not be happy to see your company logo or any other abstract image in place of the avatar. They don't care about the company, but they CARE about your appearance!

And very often, a good picture on the avatar becomes the main reason why tourists choose one tour guide over another. If the profile did not pass moderation but was rejected, it means it is not visible to our platform visitors until the avatar changes.

We understand that uploading and editing photos can sometimes be a daunting task. To make your experience on our platform even smoother, we've released a new ten-minute tutorial video. This video walks you through the process step-by-step, addressing common challenges tour guides face during this process. We've used three different examples to ensure comprehensive coverage of the topic. This video is currently available in English on our YouTube channel, @PrivateGuideWorld, and with subtitles in 52 different languages. Please note that no contact details (phone numbers, website links, messages, email addresses, social media profiles) are allowed in the public part of the tour guide profile or tour description, including images or other attached files. You can always share your contacts in private messages with your tourists.

При входе в свой профиль мы рекомендуем выбрать предпочитаемый язык из нашего списка из шести вариантов: английский, испанский, французский, итальянский, русский и немецкий.

При этом весь интерфейс платформы будет адаптироваться к выбранному вами языку. С этого момента все уведомления, включая новые запросы, сообщения от туристов и системные оповещения, будут доставляться на выбранном вами языке. Вы можете изменить свои языковые предпочтения в любое время при использовании сервиса.

Не забудьте обновить свой публичный профиль, указав языки, на которых вы говорите (выберите нужный флаг в разделе EDIT) и которые используете во время своих туров. Фильтр по языку помогает туристам найти и выбрать вас в качестве своего гида. Инструкции по изменению языка платформы см. на изображениях ниже. Политика загрузки изображений:

И очень часто хорошая фотография на аватаре становится главной причиной, по которой туристы выбирают одного гида вместо другого. Если профиль не прошел модерацию, но был отклонен, это означает, что он не виден посетителям нашей платформы, пока не изменится аватар.

Мы понимаем, что загрузка и редактирование фотографий иногда может быть сложной задачей. Обратите внимание, что никакие контактные данные (номера телефонов, ссылки на веб-сайты, сообщения, адреса электронной почты, профили в социальных сетях) не допускаются в публичной части профиля гида или описания тура, включая изображения или другие прикрепленные файлы. Вы всегда можете поделиться своими контактами в личных сообщениях с вашими туристами.
