When a tourist sends you a message or inquiry on our platform, you will receive immediate notification via Push notification in the Application and by email. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case the email notification goes there. To respond to any message or inquiry, follow the link provided in the notification or log in to your account on our platform via the website https://pg.world or the App. Once you are logged in, go to the CHATS/DASHBOARD section to view all received messages. To reply, enter your response, add your contact information, and tap on the SEND button. Please keep in mind that you will only be able to respond to messages if your account is active.

- The first month of the trial subscription is free of charge, but then a small annual fixed fee (depending on the county you work in) must be paid. The fee will be used to improve the service and promote it around the globe.
- Private tour guides are welcome to send and publish impressive and unique articles about their fabulous city, country, and sights, create detailed descriptions for their tours and add up to 10 colorful photos to them, and edit their profiles presenting and promoting their services in the desired mode (some recommendations for creating sufficient tour guide profile could be found in our detailed articles in category Tips for tour guides.
- Our system is impartial: we do not use subjective tour guide ratings. Tourists used to send requests only to those guides they preferred to choose and liked the most.
- Only you can control your employment and schedule and set a price for your services, depending on your circumstances and professional level. You are the boss!
- Ask your tourists to post a review about your services; this option is available for registered tourists. Detailed feedback affects the position of your profile in search results!
