The Private Guide World service is entirely free of charge for all tourists!
Create a tourist profile by entering your name, email, avatar photo (optional), and a few words about yourself (optional). When creating or logging into your profile, we recommend choosing your preferred language from our selection of 6 by clicking the FLAG symbol in the upper right corner of each site page. By doing so, the entire platform interface will adapt to your chosen language. From now on, all notifications, including new messages from tour guides and system alerts, will be delivered in your selected language. You can change your language preference at any time while using the service. Choose your destination and start the search for a local private tour guide! If necessary, you can specify additional criteria such as spoken language and status on the website (online or offline) or make a local tour guide search by your geolocation with PRIVATE GUIDE App AVAILABLE FOR FREE in Google Play and Apple Store for your smartphone if you are already in your destination. Icons for downloading and installing Applications are on a black background at the bottom of each site page.
On a city or country page, you will find a list of all local private tour guides in your destination according to your requests and filters. We recommend you read their profile descriptions and review the suggested tours and feedback. You can send a PRIVATE MESSAGE to the chosen tour guide with your questions. To do this, please click the SEND MESSAGE! button in the profile of each tour guide under the avatar picture. Or you can send a MASS MESSAGE - inquiry - to all of them simultaneously. This option is available on the CITY tour guides' list only. You will see a big green button on the top of the city tour guides' list. Sending a MASS MESSAGE will increase the chance of getting replies from the available tour guides very fast and start discussions of your travel conditions, expenses, itinerary, etc.
Then, you communicate directly with personal tour guides via user-friendly inbuilt instant messenger. You explore the details and possible cooperation, the cost of a tour guide's services, and other conditions. All negotiation continues between you and the chosen tour guide(s) without any middlemen and commissions. You pay for a tour guide(s) services directly to them on a mutual agreement. You are free to choose a local tour guide you like the most for your exciting journey! It's essential to acknowledge that the nature of private tours is highly personalized.
