The world’s 9th tallest mountain, Nanga Parbat stands tall at a height of 8,126m (8.126km). It lies in the northern part of Pakistan and is famous as ‘Diamer’ among the Pakistani people which translates into ‘huge mountain in Tibetan’. The venture on the Nanga Parbat Expedition is once in a life time experience. The name ‘Nanga Parbat’ was modified ‘Nanga Parbata’ which means ‘the naked mountain’ in the Sanskrit language.

As the name suggests, the mountain has very steep sides due to which not much of the snow can accumulate here and cover it entirely. Hence, the mountain remains naked without much of the snow coverings. Nanga Parbat Expedition gives a chance to experience the unbelievable beauty of nature as well as the massive sized mountains.

Nanga Parbat has the Rupal face at the west which is the world’s highest mountain face. Besides this, the climbers can also experience the beauty of the Fairy Meadows. On the way to Nanga Parbat, you can find the beautiful grasslands known as Fairy Meadows. A Japanese photographer named these grasslands the Fairy Meadow. These areas also have wide pine forests which are home to many amazing plants and animals.

Intrepid mountaineers face an incredible challenge on Nanga Parbat. Get ready to be enthralled by the story of daring climbers who attempt to scale its perilous slopes and freezing summits.
