With time, I started to realize that being accepted to Kyoto University was not a privilege on my scientific career path only. Instead, I found myself surrounded by many historic ancient temples and shrines and such beautiful scenery all around, experiencing the culture and history of a city that used to be the capital for more than 1000 years!

Living in Kyoto triggered me to recognize where my passion is, what I want to be, and how I want to live in Japan in the coming years.

I enjoy traveling and have been to many countries in Europe and Asia before, so I decided to work as a tour guide here in Japan in 2015 and proceeded with my career development. Since then, I have been working with great enthusiasm and success.

I am a culture, history and food fan, so I can introduce you to the best of Japanese culture, provide a historical background about each place we visit and recommend the best food options in Kyoto. I am fluent in English and Arabic, flexible, open-minded and like having fun. I enjoy my work, like to share my knowledge and experiences and can communicate and deal with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
