We were a family of 3 and I'd searched up Pvt Guide as a local speaking person was required for travelling within Azerbaijan. Atabay was selected based on reviews on this site -was quick to respond. I'd already got an itinerary planned which he vetted and provided a quote for. For travelers it would be good if guides clarify which part of the itinerary is via walk and which part via car so its clear. The Outstation trip ex Baku was good, and the driver was very helpful as English language is not widely used outside Baku nor is cash .Helpful tips provided too. Within Baku we had a good time too with his knowledge and guidance.

Me, My Wife (from Mumbai) & a Family Friend (from Dubai) were very much desirous of touring Azerbaijan. One of the best guide when travelling to Baku… we had been to Baku and met Mr Atabay which made our visit amazing.. we could explore almost every corner of Baku in five days even shadag,Qabala stay and long city tours which wouldn’t be possible without Atabay.. And all the info regarding the history was well explained..he was very kind ensured our comfort that we are okay in every places .. and the food he recommended was amazing.. we tried Varieties of Azerbaijan traditional dishes and street foods which was very special …more than a guide he was like a very professional family friend..special thanks to Mr Atabay and would highly recommend if anyone travelling to baku.
