I had no idea Uzbekistan would leave such a mark on me. Our guide was absolutely amazing he knows so much history and shared local stories that made everything come alive. We even had tea with a local family in Samarkand — wasn’t part of the plan, just a bonus moment. In short, he was not only our tour guide but also a friend. Highly recommend!
