All day excursion touring the coast of Biscays most impressive landscapes. This tour can be customized to best suit our clients interests. Main sites include San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Urdaibai, Lekeitio, Guernica, Oma Painted Forest and trekking through the Ogoño Cape"

Our philosophy

We want satisfied clients that only visit sites they are really interested in including taking in the cities atmosphere and Basque hospitality. More off the beaten track locations are also available such as taverns, traditional gastronomical villages offering local pintxos or alternative routes on request.

Basic activity schedule for a 12 hour tour:

. Meet at hotel or other required meeting point

. Gaztelugatxe (Dragonstone) : Islet located in a preserved natural environment where the famous TV series was shot.

. Mundaka: Entrance to Urdaibai Biosphere Preserve and internationally renowned for its surfing scene and landscape.

. Guernica: World known city by Picasso´s painting ,which holds the symbol of The Basque People, The Oak of Guernica

. Elantxobe: Picturesque fishing port hanging from a cliff . Trekking to Ogoño Cape starts here.

-Itinerary with pictures can be sent as a PDF file before the tour so as to enable client to easily select activites that can be carried out during the tour

-Your guide will be readily available during youre stay in Bilbao should you require advice concerning activities

Excursión de día completo que discurre por los lugares más espectaculares de la costa vizcaína totalmente customizable según los intereses del cliente. Incluye San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Urdaibai, Lekeitio,Gernika,Bosque de Oma y trekking por el Cabo de Ogoño.

Actividades básicas propuestas:

- Recogida en lugar acordado

- Visita San Juan de Gaztelugatxe (Bakio-Bermeo, célebre islote unido a tierra ubicado en un biótopo protegido de singular belleza donde se grabó la famosa serie Juego de Tronos, Dragonstone).

Urdaibai :Reserva de la Biosfera que atesora los paisajes más bellos de la provincia y el símbolo por excelencia del Pueblo Vasco, el Árbol de Gernika.

Mundaka: Pueblo marinero en la desembocadura de la ría de Gernika reconvertido en Meca mundial del Surf. Indispensable dar un paseo por su atalaya

Gernika: Árbol de Gernika y Casa de Juntas. Explicaciones sobre su relevancia histórica y consecuente fama mundial gracias al cuadro de Picasso

Elantxobe: Pintoresco pueblo marinero colgado de un acantilado . Punto de partida para el paseo a Cabo de Ogoño: Breve pero espectacular subida a una de las atalayas naturales más impresionantes sobre la costa vasca

Para finalizar existen múltiples opciones alternativas dependiendo de las fuerzas o las apetencias de los clientes

Lekeitio: Pueblo marinero con puerto, playa, isla, faro y Basílica del siglo XV

Bosque pintado de Oma: Alternativa para quienes les guste caminar,ubicado junto a las cuevas de Santimamiñe es la obra más conocida del artista Agustín Ibarrola

Urdaibai Bird Center: Centro de Interpretación y Refugio de fauna salvaje de la Reserva de la Biosfera de Urdaibai. Guía especializado en aves y material de observación incluido

Se darán explicaciones sobre la cultura vasca, historia y naturaleza

Duración estimada: 10-12 horas. Ajustable al contenido exacto del Tour elegido. Dependerá de las actividades elegidas (los paseos por Gaztelugatxe, Oma u Ogoño son de 1 hora de duración a buen ritmo)

Nota: La visita a San Juan de Gaztelugatxe requiere un mínimo de condición física para subir sus más de 300 escalones. Se puede simplemente ver las vistas desde el estupendo restaurante Eneperi tomando algo o hacer el esfuerzo y subir.

IMPORTANTE: Esto es una recomendación de visita básica a la Costa Vizcaína pero queremos que queden satisfechos plenamente y estaremos encantados de escuchar sus propuestas y adecuarlas al recorrido y sus intereses, quitando o poniendo las actividades que haga falta, reducir o aumentar horarios.
