White Desert Safari Tour

ee two different sides of Egypt on this 6-day tour. In Cairo visit the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, and Old Cairo. Travel to Bahariya Oasis to learn about Bedouin culture and camp in the desert. Visit the beautiful White Desert and the Valley of Al Haize.

Itinerary:

The tour guide will pick you up from your hotel by an aircondtioned car to start an excursion to the White desert situated 530 KM away from Cairo. First you will drive to Bahariya which is aituated 360 KM from Cairo. Upon arrival to Bahariya you will change your car by another 4X4 car to start the tour to the white Desert. The first stop will be in the massive Black Desert to enjoy the beauty of the desert. The Black Desert has inactive little volcanos but the volcanos were active millions of year before and that is why you will see the black stones covering the little mountains and the desert. Then you will drive to Al-Haiz to enjoy you quick Bedouin style lunch. After lunch you will proceed to the unique Crystal Mountain that formed millions of years before due to being exposed to very high temperature.

Continue to visit the Valley of Aghabat with its very huge rocks.

Then proceed to the White Desert to enjoy the most amazing rock formations. The area of the White Desert is almost 3 thousand square meters in total. it wass the botton of the sea from 250 to 40 million years before. The water disappeared 400 years ago and what you will see in the White Desert is the bottom of the the sea. The strong wind help to carve the rocks and made very beautiful rock formations such as the chicken & the tree, the rabbit, the mushroom, the ice cream, etc. Enjoy the stunning sunset while the staff prepare the camp.. You will enjoy your dinner at night at the camp with the beautiful colors of the camp fire. You will enjoy the clearest sight of the starts at night as you never has seen it before. Sleep in the tents in the camp

In the early morning you will wake to enjoy your breakfast, then the camp will be removed. you will head back to Bahariya to take change the car to travel back to Cair. On the way you will visit the sulfur water wells . Meet you driver and start driving back to Cairo
