Itinerary
Day 01 Yangon City Tour
After picking you from your hotel, go to Shwedagon Paya, the icon monument of Yangon city. Next, drive to Chaukhtatgyi, one of the longest reclining Buddha built-in 1907. Then take a walking tour of the city center.
Go to the Bogyoke market (also known as Scott market). This is one of the oldest bazaars and has more than 700 shops.
In the afternoon, go to Kandaw Gyi Park and take a short walk around Kandawgyi Lake where you can enjoy the nice view of Shwe Dagon pagoda. Next, take a circular train ride.
Then return to your hotel.
Day 02 Yangon – Thanlyin
Drive to the outskirt of Yangon to visit Thanlyin. Sightseeing places there are old ruined churches, local markets, Kyaikkhet Paya and Yele Paya.
