Nizwa city & Jabal Akhdar.

The tour of these two places is about 210km to reach to these place.

Starting morning drive to Historical Nizwa city visiting the Souq of Nizwa where you can find the original Omani dates and typical Omani Halwa. Make sure to test them before deciding which ones you can buy.

Dates & Omani Halwa have different flavors 😋 from one to another.

Also there are spices and Omani coffee powder mixed with cardamom flavor and saffron in it, more of spices and other can be discovered.

Furthermore you can find many Omani silver collections aswell.

After this we visit the 16th century Nizwa Fort and Nizwa Castle built in 850 AD.

Entry fees is 5 Omani Rials per person.

Later we drive to Jabal Al Akhdar with the altitudes of 6000ft. On this mountain ⛰️ the temperature would normally drop to more than 50% compared to lower altitudes level.

Also on this mountain you can visit the local villages and enjoy the beautiful 😍 nature of highest ranges of tectonic mountains in Oman 🇴🇲 and nearby countries.

Later on we drive back to Muscat via same path.
