Day 1: Tbilisi to Yerevan

7:00 AM – Departure from Tbilisi

Pick-up: Meet your group at a designated location in Tbilisi. Begin your journey to Armenia with a comfortable drive across the border. The journey takes approximately 5-6 hours, depending on traffic and border procedures.

9:00 AM – Border Crossing at Sadakhlo

Border Crossing: Your guide will assist with the border formalities at the Sadakhlo border point between Georgia and Armenia. Once the border procedures are complete, you’ll continue your journey into Armenia.

1:00 PM – Arrival in Yerevan

Lunch Break: Upon arrival in Yerevan, you’ll enjoy a traditional Armenian lunch at a local restaurant, where you can taste famous dishes like khorovats (grilled meat), dolma, and lavash (traditional bread).

2:30 PM – Yerevan City Tour

Republic Square: After lunch, head to Yerevan's main square, Republic Square, to explore the grand architecture and vibrant atmosphere.

Cascade Complex: Visit the Cascade Complex, a giant stairway with sculptures and fountains offering panoramic views of the city and Mount Ararat.

Vernissage Market: If time permits, stop by the Vernissage Market, an open-air market where you can find local handicrafts, jewelry, and souvenirs.

5:30 PM – Optional Visit to the Armenian Genocide Memorial

7:00 PM – Check-in to Hotel & Dinner

Day 2: Explore Armenia – Garni and Geghard

8:00 AM – Breakfast at Hotel

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel.

9:00 AM – Garni Temple

Drive to Garni: Depart for the village of Garni, about 30 minutes from Yerevan.

Garni Temple: Visit the Garni Pagan Temple, a Greco-Roman structure dedicated to Mihr, the sun god. It’s the only pre-Christian pagan temple remaining in Armenia, set amidst stunning natural surroundings.

10:30 AM – Geghard Monastery

Geghard Monastery: From Garni, head to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site carved into the cliffs of the Azat River Gorge. The monastery complex includes several churches and tombs, many of which are carved into the rock.

Guided Tour: Learn about the history and significance of the monastery from your guide.

12:30 PM – Return to Yerevan

Lunch: Head back to Yerevan for lunch, where you can try dishes like lavash, khorovats, and the famous Armenian sweet, gata.

2:30 PM – Visit Etchmiadzin Cathedral

4:00 PM – Free Time in Yerevan

You will have free time to explore the city on your own. You can visit local cafes, shops, or enjoy the lively streets of Yerevan.

6:00 PM – Dinner and Night in Yerevan

Dinner: Have a relaxed dinner in Yerevan and enjoy the local cuisine.

Overnight: Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 3: Khor Virap Monastery & Return to Georgia

7:30 AM – Breakfast at Hotel

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and prepare for your last day in Armenia.

9:00 AM – Khor Virap Monastery

Khor Virap Monastery: Take a short drive to Khor Virap Monastery, one of Armenia's most famous pilgrimage sites. It offers stunning views of Mount Ararat, the legendary resting place of Noah's Ark. Visit the monastery and learn about its historical and religious significance.
