Day 1: Kathmandu to Besisahar (760m)

Day 2: Besisahar to Chame (2,670m)
- Drive from Besisahar to Chame by jeep (5-6 hours).
- Overnight stay in Chame.
Day 3: Chame to Pisang (3,300m)
- Trek from Chame to Pisang (5-6 hours).
- Overnight stay in Pisang.
Day 4: Pisang to Manang (3,540m)
- Trek from Pisang to Manang (5-6 hours), with a choice of the lower or upper trail.
- Overnight stay in Manang.
Day 5: Acclimatization in Manang
- Acclimatization day in Manang.
- Optional hikes to Gangapurna Lake or nearby viewpoints.

Day 6: Manang to Siri Kharka (4,060m)

Day 7: Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4,200m)

Day 9: Siri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4,110m)
- Trek from Siri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4-5 hours).

Day 10: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4,600m)
- Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4-5 hours).
- Overnight stay in Thorong Phedi.
Day 11: Thorong Phedi to Thorong La Pass (5,416m) to Muktinath (3,800m)
- Early morning trek from Thorong Phedi to Thorong La Pass (4-6 hours).
- Descend to Muktinath (3-4 hours).

Day 12: Muktinath to Jomsom (2,700m)

Day 13: Jomsom to Tatopani (1,200m)

- Relax in the hot springs.

Day 14: Tatopani to Pokhara
- Drive from Tatopani to Pokhara (5-6 hours).

Day 15: Pokhara to Kathmandu
