Exploring Kathmandu’s Secret Flavors

Get ready to uncover some of the most cherished culinary treasures hidden within the vibrant streets of Kathmandu. We will visit a handpicked selection of legendary local eateries, many of which have been serving authentic Nepali and Newari delicacies for generations.

Throughout the tour, you will sample at least five traditional street foods loved by locals and tucked away from the usual tourist spots. Each stop offers a taste of history, culture, and authentic craftsmanship.

Here are some of the standout dishes you might try:

Chhoila: Spicy marinated meat (buffalo or chicken), grilled and seasoned with local herbs and spices.
