You shall also get the opportunity to expand your cultural awareness and learn about their norms and values, lifestyle and social practices. The Lower Dolpo region is the miniature view of the Tibetan highlands, because of the isolated valleys scattered in this region. Surrounded by forests, rocks and snow-covered mountains lies the She Phoksundo Lake, which is also popular as one of the world’s Natural Hidden Wonders.

Baga La Pass and Numa La Pass are two other attractions of Lower Dolpa trek. It might be a little challenging to make through this pass. But, as you make all the way to the top of the passes, you shall witness Mt. Nilgiri, Kyangyu Ripa, Dhaulagiri range, Annapurna range, etc. You do not require any athletic body fitness to complete this trek; a moderate level of body fitness that can endure long duration of trekking for a few days in a row.
