Day 1

Day 2
Leave Nairobi after an early breakfast for Samburu, heading north, you pass near Thika and continue north through some breathtaking scenery dotted with rushing mountain streams and fields of tea and coffee.
After Nanyuki town, continue north, eventually reaching a dusty outpost known as Isiolo, the last major stop on the journey into the remote northern frontier district. From here it's a fairly short hop to Samburu.
Arrival at the lodge in time for lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Samburu Game Lodge on a full board basis.

Samburu Lodge – Samburu National Reserve
Samburu Lodge is set in a rugged landscape with a backdrop of jagged mountains and its own indigenous animals, unique to the region.
The landscape, wildlife and vegetation are very different to the lush, rolling grasslands of other national parks.
Here you will find thorn-bush, open plains and vast horizons, where one may taste the romance of this desert terrain. The lodge is situated on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River and offers a wide choice of accommodation spread along the river bank, in cottages,
bandas and single or twin rooms.
The dining room is open on the river side, with long tables and large buffets offered. The popular Crocodile Bar overhangs the water and has a great vantage point for nightly crocodile feeds.
The birdlife is especially notable around the lodge. During the heat of the day you may well be happy to lounge around the pool and after sunset and sundowners, watch traditional dances of the Samburu warriors.
Day 3
Early morning game drive is followed by breakfast, and time to relax by the lodge pool or the terrace overlooking the river. After lunch there will be another game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Samburu Game Lodge on a full board basis.
Day 4
Leave after breakfast and drive south and into the forests of the Aberdare Mountain range arriving at Outspan for lunch and then afternoon transfer to Treetops.
This is a tree lodge set in a forest glade with a waterhole that attracts all sorts of wildlife during the day and night. The waterhole is floodlit and there is an underground viewing platform.

Treetops - the Aberdares
Treetops is Kenya’s original tree lodge, legendary for its historical royal connection, for the animals it attracts and for the sheer joy of exploring a tree house visited by rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion, bushbuck, waterbuck and many other species. Guests generally depart the Outspan after lunch for the ten-mile drive to Treetops.
Here, guests are met by a ranger who advises guests on common sense rules of behaviour necessary for safety and good animal viewing.
The lodge rises dramatically out of the ground on stilts and overlooks a water hole and salt lick. It has four decks and a rooftop-viewing platform. Solely dedicated to game viewing, the accommodation is compact and cosy. At 6,450 feet above sea level it is chilly at night at all times of the year, especially from June to September.
During these months, you will need sweaters and hats for comfort and warmth. The bedrooms are small, neat and cosy, like cabins on board a ship.
Dinner is served at refectory tables with bench seating which is intimate, relaxed and very friendly.
Day 5
An early morning start first takes you north-west heading towards Nyahururu followed by travel in a southerly direction to your next destination, the spectacular Lake Nakuru. Once in the park, view game en route to the lodge. Following lunch and a siesta, there is an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets.
The national park, known for its birdlife, offers a possibility to view flamingoes. It is also home to Black and White rhinos as well as the endangered Rothschild Giraffe.

Lake Nakuru Lodge
Lake Nakuru Lodge is situated in the heart of one of Kenya's most densely populated wetland National Parks, (Ramsar site) only two leisurely hours' drive from Nairobi, through beautiful forested uplands and passing a series of lakes.
On the outskirts of the bustling market town of Nakuru lies a truly remarkable national park which has achieved international fame. Both black and white rhino are being given a new lease of life in this 188 sq km, fully-fenced park - and they are carefully protected. The present rhino population is over 50 and continuing to multiply. The Rothschild giraffe is another rarity and the park has its fair share of buffaloleopard, zebra, eland, waterbuck and lion.
Lake Nakuru Lodge is in the south-east ecological niche of the park, with commanding views of the lake and the flamingos for which it is justly famous. Lush gardens surround the lodge and cottages. There is a good programme of activities and evening entertainment.

Day 6
After an early morning breakfast, drive to Narok town via Mai-Mahiu with a brief a rest stop and proceed on to Mara arriving in time for lunch at the Lodge. After lunch, depart for an afternoon game drive returning back to the lodge as the sun sets. Overnight at Keekorok Lodge on a full board basis.

Keekorok Lodge - the Masai Mara.
Keekorok Lodge was opened in 1965 and lies at the southern end of Masai Mara National Reserve, approximately 280 kilometres from Nairobi. It is sited in the direct path of the annual migration and was the first lodge to be built in the Mara.
At the height of the migration, Keekorok is surrounded by a swarming mass of animals and there is hardly need to go on a game drive.
Keekorok's charm lies in the liberal use of local building materials. Sand stone, cedar wood and other indigenous materials are used in all rooms and public areas. In front of the lodge there is a 300m elevated walkway that meanders through a small riverine forest to a small bar at one end.
This overlooks a dam where resident hippo and other game are regularly seen. There are no fences around Keekorok and it is not uncommon to see elephant and buffalo on the perimeter of the grounds or even strolling in. Though there are watchmen on the constant look out!
Day 7
Early morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight at Keekorok Lodge on a full board basis.
Day 8
After breakfast depart the Masai Mara and head across acres of rolling wheat and barley farms to Narok, the district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. From here cross the vast plains on the floor of the Rift Valley whilst keeping an eye out for herds of giraffe and gazelle before heading up the rift escarpment.
Arrive into Kenya’s bustling capital in the early afternoon. Once in the city, clients will be dropped off at the drop off point in the city centre or at the airport for ongoing travel arrangements.

Tag 2
Verlassen Sie Nairobi nach einem frühen Frühstück in Richtung Samburu, fahren Sie in Richtung Norden, passieren Sie die Nähe von Thika und fahren Sie weiter nach Norden durch eine atemberaubende Landschaft mit rauschenden Gebirgsbächen und Tee- und Kaffeefeldern.
Nach der Stadt Nanyuki fahren Sie weiter nach Norden und erreichen schließlich einen staubigen Außenposten namens Isiolo, die letzte große Station auf der Reise in den abgelegenen nördlichen Grenzbezirk. Von hier ist es ein ziemlich kurzer Sprung nach Samburu.
Ankunft in der Lodge rechtzeitig zum Mittagessen und dann Abfahrt für eine Pirschfahrt am Nachmittag, die bei Sonnenuntergang zur Lodge zurückkehrt. Übernachtung in der Samburu Game Lodge mit Vollpension.

Samburu Lodge – Samburu Nationalreservat
Die Samburu Lodge liegt in einer zerklüfteten Landschaft mit einer Kulisse aus zerklüfteten Bergen und ihren eigenen einheimischen Tieren, die einzigartig in der Region sind.
Die Landschaft, die Tierwelt und die Vegetation unterscheiden sich stark von den üppigen, hügeligen Graslandschaften anderer Nationalparks.
Hier finden Sie Dornbusch, offene Ebenen und weite Horizonte, wo man die Romantik dieses Wüstengebiets schmecken kann. Die Lodge liegt am Ufer des Flusses Uaso Nyiro und bietet eine große Auswahl an Unterkünften entlang des Flussufers, in Cottages,
Bandas und Einzel- oder Zweibettzimmer.
Der Speisesaal ist zur Flussseite hin offen, mit langen Tischen und großen Buffets. Die beliebte Crocodile Bar überragt das Wasser und bietet einen großartigen Aussichtspunkt für die nächtliche Krokodilfütterung.
Die Vogelwelt ist besonders bemerkenswert rund um die Lodge. Während der Hitze des Tages können Sie gerne am Pool faulenzen und nach Sonnenuntergang und Sundowner die traditionellen Tänze der Samburu-Krieger beobachten.

Auf eine frühmorgendliche Pirschfahrt folgt ein Frühstück und Zeit zum Entspannen am Pool der Lodge oder auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss. Tag 4
Fahren Sie nach dem Frühstück los und fahren Sie nach Süden in die Wälder der Aberdare-Bergkette. Sie kommen in Outspan zum Mittagessen an und werden am Nachmittag nach Treetops gebracht.
Dies ist eine Baumhütte auf einer Waldlichtung mit einem Wasserloch, das Tag und Nacht alle Arten von Wildtieren anzieht. Das Wasserloch ist beleuchtet und es gibt eine unterirdische Aussichtsplattform.

Baumkronen - die Aberdares
Treetops ist Kenias ursprüngliche Baumhütte, legendär für ihre historische königliche Verbindung, für die Tiere, die sie anzieht, und für die schiere Freude, ein Baumhaus zu erkunden, das von Nashörnern, Elefanten, Büffeln, Löwen, Buschböcken, Wasserböcken und vielen anderen Arten besucht wird. Die Gäste verlassen das Outspan in der Regel nach dem Mittagessen für die zehn Meilen lange Fahrt nach Treetops.
Hier werden die Gäste von einem Ranger empfangen, der die Gäste über vernünftige Verhaltensregeln berät, die für die Sicherheit und eine gute Tierbeobachtung erforderlich sind.
Die Lodge erhebt sich dramatisch auf Stelzen aus dem Boden und überblickt ein Wasserloch und eine Salzlecke. Es hat vier Decks und eine Aussichtsplattform auf dem Dach. Die Unterkunft ist ausschließlich der Wildbeobachtung gewidmet und ist kompakt und gemütlich. Auf 6.450 Fuß über dem Meeresspiegel ist es nachts zu jeder Jahreszeit kühl, besonders von Juni bis September.
In diesen Monaten brauchen Sie Pullover und Mützen für Komfort und Wärme. Die Zimmer sind klein, ordentlich und gemütlich, wie Kabinen an Bord eines Schiffes.

Tag 5
Ein frühmorgendlicher Start bringt Sie zunächst nach Nordwesten in Richtung Nyahururu, gefolgt von einer Fahrt in südlicher Richtung zu Ihrem nächsten Ziel, dem spektakulären Lake Nakuru. Sobald Sie im Park sind, können Sie auf dem Weg zur Lodge Wild beobachten. Nach dem Mittagessen und einer Siesta gibt es am Nachmittag eine Pirschfahrt, die bei Sonnenuntergang zur Lodge zurückkehrt.
Der für seine Vogelwelt bekannte Nationalpark bietet die Möglichkeit, Flamingos zu beobachten. Es ist auch die Heimat von schwarzen und weißen Nashörnern sowie der vom Aussterben bedrohten Rothschild-Giraffe.

Keekorok Lodge - die Masai Mara.
Die Keekorok Lodge wurde 1965 eröffnet und liegt am südlichen Ende des Masai Mara Nationalreservats, etwa 280 Kilometer von Nairobi entfernt. Es liegt direkt am Weg der jährlichen Migration und war die erste Lodge, die in der Mara gebaut wurde.
Auf dem Höhepunkt der Migration ist Keekorok von einer wimmelnden Tiermasse umgeben und es besteht kaum Notwendigkeit, auf Pirschfahrt zu gehen. Keekoroks Charme liegt in der großzügigen Verwendung lokaler Baumaterialien. In allen Zimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen werden Sandstein, Zedernholz und andere einheimische Materialien verwendet. Vor der Lodge befindet sich ein 300 m hoher Gehweg, der sich durch einen kleinen Flusswald zu einer kleinen Bar an einem Ende schlängelt.
Dies überblickt einen Damm, wo ansässige Flusspferde und anderes Wild regelmäßig zu sehen sind. Es gibt keine Zäune um Keekorok und es ist nicht ungewöhnlich, Elefanten und Büffel am Rand des Geländes zu sehen oder sogar hineinzuspazieren. Allerdings gibt es Wächter, die ständig Ausschau halten!
Tag 7
Pirschfahrten am frühen Morgen und am Nachmittag. Übernachtung in der Keekorok Lodge mit Vollpension.
Tag 8
Nach dem Frühstück verlassen Sie die Masai Mara und fahren über mehrere Hektar Weizen- und Gerstenfarmen nach Narok, dem Bezirkshauptquartier dieses Teils von Massailand. Überqueren Sie von hier aus die weiten Ebenen auf dem Boden des Rift Valley und halten Sie dabei Ausschau nach Giraffen- und Gazellenherden, bevor Sie den Rift-Steilhang hinaufsteigen.
Ankunft in Kenias geschäftiger Hauptstadt am frühen Nachmittag. Sobald die Kunden in der Stadt angekommen sind, werden sie an der Abgabestelle im Stadtzentrum oder am Flughafen für weitere Reisearrangements abgesetzt.

Jour 2
Quittez Nairobi après un petit déjeuner matinal pour Samburu, en direction du nord, vous passez près de Thika et continuez vers le nord à travers des paysages à couper le souffle parsemés de torrents de montagne et de champs de thé et de café.
Après la ville de Nanyuki, continuez vers le nord, pour finalement atteindre un avant-poste poussiéreux connu sous le nom d'Isiolo, la dernière étape majeure du voyage dans le district éloigné de la frontière nord. De là, c'est un saut assez court jusqu'à Samburu.
Arrivée au lodge à temps pour le déjeuner, puis départ pour un safari dans l'après-midi et retour au lodge au coucher du soleil. Nuit à Samburu Game Lodge en pension complète.

Samburu Lodge – Réserve nationale de Samburu
Samburu Lodge est situé dans un paysage accidenté avec en toile de fond des montagnes déchiquetées et ses propres animaux indigènes, uniques à la région.
Le paysage, la faune et la végétation sont très différents des prairies luxuriantes et vallonnées des autres parcs nationaux.
Ici vous trouverez des buissons épineux, des plaines ouvertes et de vastes horizons, où l'on peut goûter le romantisme de ce terrain désertique. Le lodge est situé sur les rives de la rivière Uaso Nyiro et propose un large choix d'hébergements répartis le long de la rive du fleuve, en cottages,
bandas et chambres simples ou doubles.
La salle à manger est ouverte côté fleuve, avec de longues tables et de grands buffets proposés. Le populaire Crocodile Bar surplombe l'eau et offre un excellent point de vue pour les repas nocturnes des crocodiles.
L'avifaune est particulièrement remarquable autour du lodge. Pendant la chaleur de la journée, vous serez peut-être heureux de vous prélasser autour de la piscine et après le coucher du soleil et les couchers de soleil, assistez aux danses traditionnelles des guerriers Samburu.
Jour 3
Le safari matinal est suivi d'un petit-déjeuner et d'un moment de détente au bord de la piscine du lodge ou de la terrasse surplombant la rivière. Après le déjeuner, un autre safari reviendra au lodge au coucher du soleil. Nuit à Samburu Game Lodge en pension complète.
Jour 4
Partez après le petit-déjeuner et dirigez-vous vers le sud et dans les forêts de la chaîne de montagnes Aberdare en arrivant à Outspan pour le déjeuner, puis transfert l'après-midi à Treetops.
Il s'agit d'un lodge dans les arbres situé dans une clairière forestière avec un point d'eau qui attire toutes sortes d'animaux sauvages de jour comme de nuit. Le point d'eau est éclairé et il y a une plate-forme d'observation souterraine.

Cime des arbres - les Aberdares
Treetops est la cabane dans les arbres originale du Kenya, légendaire pour son lien historique avec la royauté, pour les animaux qu'elle attire et pour la joie d'explorer une cabane dans les arbres visitée par des rhinocéros, des éléphants, des buffles, des lions, des guibs, des cobes et de nombreuses autres espèces. Les clients quittent généralement l'Outspan après le déjeuner pour le trajet de dix milles jusqu'à Treetops.
Ici, les invités sont accueillis par un garde forestier qui les conseille sur les règles de bon sens de comportement nécessaires à la sécurité et à la bonne observation des animaux.
Le lodge s'élève de façon spectaculaire hors du sol sur pilotis et surplombe un trou d'eau et une saline. Il dispose de quatre ponts et d'une plate-forme d'observation sur le toit. Uniquement dédié à l'observation du gibier, l'hébergement est compact et cosy. À 6 450 pieds au-dessus du niveau de la mer, il fait frais la nuit à tout moment de l'année, en particulier de juin à septembre.
Pendant ces mois, vous aurez besoin de chandails et de chapeaux pour plus de confort et de chaleur. Les chambres sont petites, soignées et cosy, comme des cabines à bord d'un bateau.
Le dîner est servi aux tables du réfectoire avec des banquettes intimistes, décontractées et très conviviales.
Jour 5
Un départ tôt le matin vous emmène d'abord vers le nord-ouest en direction de Nyahururu, suivi d'un voyage en direction du sud vers votre prochaine destination, le spectaculaire lac Nakuru. Une fois dans le parc, observez le gibier en route vers le lodge. Après le déjeuner et la sieste, un safari dans l'après-midi revient au lodge au coucher du soleil.
Le parc national, connu pour son avifaune, offre la possibilité de voir des flamants roses. Il abrite également des rhinocéros noirs et blancs ainsi que la girafe Rothschild en voie de disparition.

Lodge du lac Nakuru
Le Lake Nakuru Lodge est situé au cœur de l'un des parcs nationaux des zones humides les plus densément peuplés du Kenya (site Ramsar), à seulement deux heures de route de Nairobi, à travers de magnifiques hautes terres boisées et en passant par une série de lacs.
À la périphérie du bourg animé de Nakuru se trouve un parc national vraiment remarquable qui a acquis une renommée internationale. Les rhinocéros noirs et blancs retrouvent une nouvelle vie dans ce parc de 188 km² entièrement clôturé - et ils sont soigneusement protégés. La population actuelle de rhinocéros a plus de 50 ans et continue de se multiplier. La girafe de Rothschild est une autre rareté et le parc a sa juste part d'oléopards, de zèbres, d'élans, de cobes et de lions.
Le Lake Nakuru Lodge se trouve dans la niche écologique sud-est du parc, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et les flamants roses pour lesquels il est justement célèbre. Des jardins luxuriants entourent le lodge et les cottages. Il y a un bon programme d'activités et de divertissements en soirée.

Après un petit-déjeuner matinal, dirigez-vous vers la ville de Narok via Mai-Mahiu avec une brève halte et continuez vers Mara en arrivant à temps pour le déjeuner au Lodge. Keekorok Lodge - le Masaï Mara.
Keekorok Lodge a été ouvert en 1965 et se trouve à l'extrémité sud de la réserve nationale du Masai Mara, à environ 280 kilomètres de Nairobi. Il est situé sur le chemin direct de la migration annuelle et a été le premier lodge à être construit dans le Mara.
Au plus fort de la migration, Keekorok est entouré d'une masse grouillante d'animaux et il n'est guère nécessaire de faire un safari.
Le charme de Keekorok réside dans l'utilisation généreuse de matériaux de construction locaux. La pierre de sable, le bois de cèdre et d'autres matériaux indigènes sont utilisés dans toutes les chambres et les espaces publics. Devant le lodge, il y a une passerelle surélevée de 300 m qui serpente à travers une petite forêt riveraine jusqu'à un petit bar à une extrémité.
Cela surplombe un barrage où l'hippopotame résident et d'autres gibiers sont régulièrement vus. Il n'y a pas de clôtures autour de Keekorok et il n'est pas rare de voir des éléphants et des buffles sur le périmètre du terrain ou même de se promener. Samburu Lodge – Riserva Nazionale di Samburu

Keekorok Lodge - il Masai Mara.

День 5
Ранний утренний старт сначала приведет вас на северо-запад в направлении Ньяхуруру, а затем вы отправитесь в южном направлении к следующему пункту назначения, живописному озеру Накуру. Оказавшись в парке, посмотрите на дичь по пути к домику. После обеда и сиесты после захода солнца в лодж возвращается сафари.
Национальный парк, известный своими птицами, предлагает возможность увидеть фламинго. Здесь также обитают черные и белые носороги, а также находящийся под угрозой исчезновения жираф Ротшильда.

Лейк Накуру Лодж
Отель Lake Nakuru Lodge расположен в самом сердце одного из самых густонаселенных водно-болотных угодий Кении (Рамсарское угодье), всего в двух часах неспешной езды от Найроби, через красивые лесистые возвышенности и ряд озер.
На окраине шумного рыночного города Накуру находится поистине замечательный национальный парк, получивший международную известность. И черный, и белый носорог получают новую жизнь в этом полностью огороженном парке площадью 188 квадратных километров, и они тщательно охраняются. Нынешняя популяция носорогов насчитывает более 50 особей и продолжает увеличиваться. Жираф Ротшильда — еще одна редкость, и в парке есть немало бизонов, леопардов, зебр, канн, водяных козлов и львов.
Lake Nakuru Lodge находится в юго-восточной экологической нише парка, откуда открывается великолепный вид на озеро и фламинго, которыми он по праву известен. Лодж и коттеджи окружены пышными садами. Существует хорошая программа мероприятий и вечерних развлечений.

День 6
После раннего утреннего завтрака поездка в город Нарок через Май-Махиу с короткой остановкой для отдыха и переезд в Мара, прибывающий как раз к обеду в лодже. После обеда отправляйтесь на послеобеденную сафари, возвращаясь в лодж на закате. Ночевка в Keekorok Lodge на условиях полного пансиона.

Keekorok Lodge - Масаи Мара.
Keekorok Lodge был открыт в 1965 году и находится в южной части национального заповедника Масаи Мара, примерно в 280 километрах от Найроби. Он расположен на прямом пути ежегодной миграции и был первым домиком, построенным в Маре.
В разгар миграции Кикорока окружает кишащая масса животных и вряд ли стоит идти на сафари.
Очарование Кикорока заключается в широком использовании местных строительных материалов. Песчаный камень, кедровое дерево и другие местные материалы используются во всех комнатах и общественных местах. Перед домиком есть 300-метровая надземная дорожка, которая извивается через небольшой речной лес к небольшому бару на одном конце.
Отсюда открывается вид на плотину, где регулярно можно увидеть бегемота и другую дичь. Вокруг Кикорока нет заборов, и нередко можно увидеть слонов и буйволов по периметру территории или даже прогуливающихся по ней. Хотя на постоянном страже есть сторожа!
День 7
Ранние утренние и дневные сафари. Ночевка в Keekorok Lodge на условиях полного пансиона.
День 8
После завтрака отправляйтесь из Масаи Мара и направляйтесь через акры пшеничных и ячменных ферм в Нарок, штаб-квартиру округа в этой части Масайленда. Отсюда пересекайте обширные равнины на дне Рифтовой долины, следя за стадами жирафов и газелей, прежде чем отправиться вверх по рифтовому откосу.
Прибытие в шумную столицу Кении ранним днем. По прибытии в город клиенты будут доставлены в пункт высадки в центре города или в аэропорту для организации текущих поездок.
