Api Expedition Overview
Api, standing tall at 7,132m (7.132km), lies on the northwest border of Nepal. This mountain lies within the Gurans Himal and is the highest summit within the Yoka Pahar.
Api is well known for its remote location and undisturbed natural beauty among climbers. This mountain welcomes its climbers with magnificent views of the breathtaking landscapes and rich green forest with colourful flowers in full bloom.
The climbers get to witness the mesmerizing view of the other summits, including the Nanda Devi peak during Api Expedition. The Kali Dunga Lake, having religious significance, is within a few hours of reach from the base camp of Api.
Also, the elevation of the mountain in comparison to the valley surrounding it is unique. The valleys surrounding this mountain are at significantly lower elevations than the mountain, which can’t be seen in the case of other mountains. It is something that adds more thrill to the trip. The Api Expedition provides a heartwarming experience to its climbers and a great escape from their day-to-day hustle.
