Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

Your adventure begins with a warm welcome from the Jossec Safaris team in Nairobi before heading north to Samburu in a 4x4 jeep. On arrival, enjoy lunch at your lodge and prepare for an exciting afternoon game drive. Here, you’ll be greeted by the rare species unique to this region, including Grevy’s zebra, the reticulated giraffe, and Somali ostrich. After the game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening in the wilderness.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu

Explore Samburu in depth with morning and afternoon game drives. This is a prime opportunity to catch the animals at their most active – including elephants, lions, and leopards.
