Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel by a welcoming Jossec Safaris team member. After a brief orientation about the trip, you’ll head out in a comfortable 4x4 safari jeep, ideal for navigating the rugged landscapes. Along the way, marvel at the breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley during a short stop.

Arriving in the Maasai Mara in time for lunch, you’ll check into the charming Simba Oryx Nature Camp. After some rest, embark on your first game drive, where you’ll encounter animals like elephants, giraffes, zebras, and, if luck is on your side, lions or cheetahs lounging in the golden afternoon light. Return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drives in Maasai Mara

Rise early for a full day of adventure in the Maasai Mara. After breakfast, set out for game drives that promise thrilling encounters with wildlife.
