After pickup from the guests' hotel or Airbnb in a TAXI or VAN (depending on number of booked guests), we start with:

1. An early morning drive to the coffee farm for a tour. The tour starts with a visit to the farm (pack some shoes that can withstand dirty or muddy conditions) for a history of the farm, coffee strains grown, coffee picking lessons, views of the farm, and coffee processing stages.

The trip ends with a coffee-tasting activity where guests challenge their taste buds by trying different types of coffee on varying roasts. Participants are also treated to a complimentary cup of coffee of their choice and some cookies. Finally, guests can buy some of the roasted coffee beans to take with them.

2. Transfer to Karura Forest for waterfall and cave chasing. This is a fun activity especially for groups (families or friends) as they get to choose their own paths from a map before entering the forest. The forest is a good place to relax and unwind with fresh air for solo travellers, beautiful paths, and over 200 bird species. Guests might also be lucky to see some of the few animals inside the forest including colobus monkeys, duikers, bushbucks, and honey badgers among others.

Lunch can be arranged at a restaurant inside or outside the forest (depending on the forest entrance we use) but is not included in the rates included. The most common restaurant is the Rivers Cafe situated on the edge of the forest.

3. Transfer to Maasai Market for Maasai artifacts viewing and purchase. The Maasai Market is a critical part of any Nairobi City tour as it showcases the rich culture of the Kenyan communities in terms of the traditional items used in their daily lives for cooking, eating, transportation, beauty, and cultural ceremonies. The market shifts to different venues based on the day of the week. Kindly note that some of the venues (especially those in enclosed places like malls) do not allow photography.

NB: Group Discounts available

-Wear shoes and clothes appropriate for a walking tour and hike. They should be ideal for dusty, wet, or muddy conditions.

-Pack enough sunscreen and bug spray for the tour.

-Plastic bottles are not allowed in Karura forest. Carry water in reusable bottles.
