We meet at your hotel and start our culinary journey in Eminönü, exploring the lively streets around Galata Bridge and the vibrant neighborhood of Karaköy. Along the way, we sample some of Istanbul’s best street foods, including kokoreç, fish wraps, mussels, and various kebabs.
Next, we take a public ferry to Kadıköy on the Asian side, where the local markets and streets offer a completely different food experience. Here, we taste more authentic flavors, discovering delicious dishes you won’t find in typical tourist spots.
