Jerusalem and Bethlehem, Christian Tour
Tour starts with a breathtaking view of Old Jerusalem, from the Mount of Olives follow the story of Jerusalem from King David time till today.
Drive to the border with Bethlehem thru Kedron Valley and Zion Mount. Bethlehem is Palestinian authority and one of my friends and also colleague will meet you and guide you to the church of Nativity, where Jesus born.
Back to Jerusalem - old city. Will begin on foot from the Jaffa gate, thru Christian quarter, King David tower to Holy Sepulcher. We will have toured the final five Stations of the Cross.
Completing our tour in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, we will walk to the 'Western Wall' and then through the Jewish quarter to the excavated Byzantine Cardo, passing through the ancient wall which dates from the 8th century BC. We will continue to the Zion gate in the Armenian quarter, strolling outside old Jerusalem's city walls, to Mt. Zion. Here we will tour the room of the Last Supper, King David's tomb and Jerusalem's Church of the Dormition, which is dedicated to Our Lady.
