The heart of Rome

One of my favourite tours in Rome! It is a walking tour through the most important and renowned plazas and fountains of Rome: Spanish Steps, Trevi, Pantheon, Navona. Here as well I like to give my personal take of the city, I like to take some different turns and every now and then end up in an unexpected church, or by an odd marble foot, just standing on its own on the side of the alley. This tour is mostly made of stories, of Popes and princes, of ladies and merchants... it is the story of a city that was built on itself in layers over the centuries. The story of a city built to impress pilgrims and visitors, built as living image of the Sacred City of God. I just love it!
