This is a safari to Kenya’s greatest concentration of game - the Maasai Mara. As Kenya’s most famous park, it offers the chance of seeing the ‘Big Five’ and is home to the colorful Maasai people. On our way there, we pass through Kenya’s rift valley escarpments which offer some of the most breath taking views.
The Rift Valley is part of the East African rift system; a massive geological fault line stretching almost 6500km across the African continent, from the Dead Sea in the north to Beira, Mozambique in the south. In Kenya, the rift valley landscape comprises of escarpments, ravines, flat-lands and soda lakes that mark much of East Africa.

Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival - Nairobi - Maasai Mara
On arrival at the Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our tour manager who will brief you on your safari before you embark on your trip from the Airport. Or alternatively, if you are accommodated in Nairobi hotel; after breakfast, we will receive you from your Nairobi hotel.
Thereafter, depart for the Maasai Mara National Game Reserve, stopping at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley. Arriving in time for lunch, thereafter proceed for a late afternoon game viewing drive till dusk in the park, which is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania's Serengeti National Reserve as an artificial border only separates the two.

Day 2 - Day 4:: Maasai Mara (3 Days)
Early breakfast followed by a full day of game viewing drives within the reserve with packed lunch.
The Maasai Mara, The New 7th wonder of the world and 4th preferred tourist destination in the world is a home to wildlife in such abundance and variety that it is difficult to imagine. The most spectacular event of the natural world takes place here; The annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture while being followed on their heels by the predators of the savanna; lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. It hosts over 450 species of animals which include lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephants.

Day 5: Maasai Mara - Nairobi
Early morning, pre-breakfast game viewing drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast.

Balloon Safari
Take the opportunity to fly over the Mara in a Hot air Balloon provided at extra cost. The balloon package includes a champagne breakfast in the wild! If you can spare the money, viewing abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience.
After breakfast and your last game drive, depart the Maasai Mara from Nairobi with lunch being served en-route, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
You will be dropped at the Airport after your farewell dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant for your flight departure.
