Arrival – Pick-up Service

• Location: Luxor International Airport (LXR)

• Our representative will be waiting outside the arrival hall holding a Zahra Dahabiya sign with your name.

• After meeting our team, you will be transferred by private air-conditioned vehicle to your Dahabiya.

⏱ Transfer Time: approximately 20–30 minutes depending on the docking location.

Required Information Before Arrival

Please send us the following details at least 48 hours before arrival:

• Flight number

• Arrival date

• Arrival time

• Number of passengers

• Passport nationality (for tourism police registration)

Departure – Drop-off Service

At the end of your cruise, our team will transfer you from the Dahabiya to Luxor International Airport according to your flight schedule.

• Recommended airport arrival: 2 hours before departure for international flights.
