When you add a local tour guide profile to our online platform or edit it a little, it has to be evaluated by our moderators before it appears in search results. If you added your profile recently but can't find it in search, it's likely that it still has to be evaluated - please stay patient. It can take a few hours, and during that time, you will see this notification in your profile in a web browser only (this status is not displayed in the mobile App)
The moderation process may take a while but not more than 24 hours. Meanwhile, you can continue to edit your profile, add tours, and upload pictures and descriptions.
Suppose after 24 hours, you still see this notification in your profile on the website. In that case, it means your profile has not passed moderation, and we sent you a notification in the App and on your registered email address with issue specifications and the recommendations for correction.
Please check your spam folder because it is very likely the notification can land there; extract them from spam and mark them as 'Not Spam' to make sure they are delivered to your inbox in the future.
When your profile is successfully moderated, you will receive a notification in the app on your smartphone and to the registered email address, and the text about the moderation will disappear from your profile.
From that time on, your profile will be published online and visible to all the visitors of the PRIVATE GUIDE WORLD platform.
