Why do I get no bookings on Private Guide World?

PRIVATE GUIDE WORLD does not sell tours or assign bookings. The platform only connects travelers and tour guides. If you receive no bookings (or tourist requests), it's usually because of one or more of the reasons below.

In almost all cases, no bookings happen because of one or more reasons below:

• Unrealistic pricing
  • If the price is far above market expectations, travelers do not send messages.
• Weak or very short descriptions
  • Travelers must clearly understand what they will see, do, and experience. Generic text does not work.
• Fake names and surnames
  • It immediately becomes clear when a name (or combination of name and surname) is not real, and the profile loses tourists' trust, so they skip it
• No photos or low-quality photos
  • Tours without real or unclear photos almost never receive requests.
• Incomplete guide profile
  • Travelers choose guides they understand and trust. Short or empty profiles do not build trust.
  • Some fields (language, currency, country, city, license) are left empty.
• Only 2-3 tours created (or no tours at all)
  • We recommend creating 8 to 15 tours with a minimum of 3-5 good-quality photos per tour (fewer than 8 tours leave tourists feeling a lack of choice, and more than 15 tours leave tourists feeling lost and stop reading altogether)
• Slow or passive communication
  • Many travelers contact several guides. Fast and clear replies matter.

PRIVATE GUIDE WORLD does not control travelers' decisions and does not manually distribute bookings.
