When you receive a new message on the PRIVATE GUIDE WORLD platform, we aim to notify you promptly through two channels:
Push notification on your smartphone: To receive these notifications, please make sure you have downloaded and installed our Private Guide mobile app. You can download it for free by clicking on the appropriate icon below this answer. Once installed, navigate to Settings > Message Settings>, and here, you can customize your notification preferences.
Email notification: Simultaneously with the app notification, we also send an email notification to your registered email address. If you don't receive these emails, please check your spam folder and mark them as 'Not Spam' to make sure they are delivered to your inbox in the future.
To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:
Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If not, please uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store.
You can customize your notification preferences in the app settings to make sure you're receiving the desired notifications.
Once you've finished these steps, please let me know, and I can initiate a test notification from our end for you to confirm that you've received it.
